Please note all Ellsworth bikes from 2018 and on are covered under our Ellsworth’s Performance Satisfaction Guarantee (EPSG). For more info on the EPSG program click here. For all other older model warranty information or to place a warrantee claim click here.

Thank you for your interest in our performance lifestyle gear. We are committed to our customers satisfaction and we know you will love your new gear. We have dedicated time and effort to bring you a product that performs to the highest expectation. We understand that we all have different tastes and preferences and its nearly impossible to meet everyones. If for any reason we fall short of your needs we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Please use our prepaid return shipping label, a $7.50 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to receive an exchange or an online credit we will wave the shipping change.

4 Simple Steps For Returning Product

  1. Email ( or call (760-788-7500) for a Return Authorization number. Please state invoice number and reason for return.
  2. Package items in original packing with all hang tags and documentation.
  3. Attached supplied shipping label to box with RA number on the outside of box. If you use your own shipping label we recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Ellsworth is not responsible for lost or damage packages.
  4. Once your return is received and verified, we will credit your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of receipt.

If you would like to exchange your product please include a note with desired style, size and color you would like to exchange your purchased product for. Price differences will be either charged or credited to your credit card. Products must be in new condition with tags and original packaging present.



We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customization, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Quality Assurance Department. Please choose your customization details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customized your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them.


Please contact us immediately if you suspect that the item you purchased from is faulty. If the age of your item falls within certain guidelines, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing, we will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.


If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong products(s), or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges. You may be required to provide us with a proof of purchase in the process.
